Service terms

Terms of Service

Effective: July 29, 2026

Launch requirement: these operational terms are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review. The operating entity, governing law, liability caps, subprocessors, plan terms and dispute process must be finalized by qualified counsel.

1. Agreement and authority

A person using PilumReach for an organization represents that they are authorized to accept these terms and configure the organization’s workspaces, users, providers and data processing.

2. Permitted use

The service may be used for lawful business relationship management, customer communications and internal collaboration. Users must respect consent, suppression, anti-spam, privacy, employment, consumer-protection and provider-platform rules.

3. Accounts and security

Users must protect credentials, use appropriate roles and promptly revoke access that is no longer required. Provider tokens, API keys, webhook secrets and billing access must not be shared outside authorized operational processes.

4. Customer data

Workspace operators retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy and instructions associated with data they submit or connect. They must provide required notices, honor rights requests and avoid uploading prohibited or unnecessary sensitive data.

5. Messaging and providers

Delivery depends on connected providers, recipient eligibility, provider windows, account health, content rules, credits and external networks. A queued or accepted message is not a guarantee of final delivery. Ambiguous outcomes may require reconciliation.

6. Billing and credits

Plan charges, one-time credit packages, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the checkout terms presented by the configured billing provider and any executed order form. Credits are usage units, are not bank funds and may have plan-specific expiration or transfer limits.

7. Availability and changes

The service may change to address security, providers, law or product development. Availability targets, support response commitments, data residency promises and service credits apply only when stated in a signed agreement or published plan terms.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted for security risk, unlawful use, provider abuse, nonpayment or material breach. Controlled deletion and retention workflows may continue after termination where needed for legal, billing, security or audit obligations.

9. Intellectual property

The operator and its licensors retain rights in the software and documentation. Customers retain rights in their submitted business data. Feedback may be used to improve the service without disclosing customer confidential information.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided subject to applicable written agreements and mandatory law. Provider outages, recipient systems and external networks are outside the operator’s direct control. Liability limits and governing law must be finalized for the operating entity before launch.
