What are credits used for?
Credits are the workspace billing unit used by supported message and campaign operations. The exact reservation and settlement rules are enforced by the backend before delivery.
Can a workspace run out of credits?
Operations that require credits are preflighted before work is queued. The application should show the current balance and prevent an operation that cannot reserve the required amount.
Can an owner allocate credits to teams?
Workspace owners can distribute and reclaim credits through the owner treasury. Those movements are recorded in the credit ledger.
Where do plan limits come from?
Plan limits and feature access are loaded from the active billing catalog. The interface does not invent limits that are not present in the backend plan record.
